PURCHASING TICKETS
Many events for DeVos Place will have tickets sold the day of the show only.
For
Ticketmaster ticketed events, tickets can be purchased at
Ticketmaster.com and at the DeVos Place, DeVos Performance Hall and Van Andel Arena Box Office. For Ticketmaster ticketed events, cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted.
For
AXS ticketed events, tickets can be purchased at
AXS.com and can
NOT be purchased at the DeVos Place, DeVos Performance Hall or Van Andel Arena Box Office.
Accessible Seating:
Patrons who have accessible seating needs for a Ticketmaster event may purchase tickets online at
Ticketmaster.com or by phone at the Ticketmaster ADA number at 800-877-7575 or visit the box office in person during box office hours listed above. Fans that require accessible seating must request this at the time of purchase. Patrons who have accessible seating needs for an AXS event may purchase tickets online at AXS.com.

WILL CALL
Will Call Hours:
For specific Will Call hours, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.
Will Call Location:
Will Call is located at the DeVos Place Box Office in the Grand Gallery. Some events may have a separate will call location. For specific Will Call information, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.
Requirements for Picking up Tickets from Will Call:
A photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to pick up tickets. It is also helpful to present the credit card used for payment, however, this is not required.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available for purchase in person at the box office. Gift certificates for tickets are available in any denomination. Ticket gift certificates must be redeemed in person at the box office and may be used for events sold at the box office. Please note that they are not valid for Grand Rapids Griffins hockey games, Grand Rapids Rise volleyball games or AXS ticketed events.
