Construction is underway on Lyon Square to create a public plaza along the Grand River between DeVos Place and Amway Grand Plaza Hotel. This plaza is set to be transformed into a vibrant gathering spot with new lighting, greenspace and seating. Project is led by Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. and construction is led by Pioneer Construction & Rockford Construction.
This project is set to take place June 1st through September 3rd. Please note that Lyon Square and the Lyon Street entrance to the parking garage underneath DeVos Place will be closed during this timeframe.
