Water Service Order Form

The cost is for the duration of the show.

To receive advance rates, payment must be received at least 7 days prior to the first scheduled move in date of the event. Payments within 7 days of the first scheduled move in date will be subject to the "Day of" rate. Please choose the rate accordingly when filling out the form.

If you rent equipment please remember to return it after the show.

*If you are paying by check you must print this form and mail in with check payable to DeVos Place at least 7 days prior to the event load-in. Online forms can only be filled out for electronic payment. Please mail to DeVos Place, Attn. Katie Oquist, 303 Monroe Ave. NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.

MASTER LINE DROP: The master line drop is the supply of air or water from the main entrance to the exhibitor's booth area. Additional master line drops are necessary if the exhibitor's requirements are not in the same immediate area.
CONNECTIONS: Each piece of equipment requiring air or water from the master line drop is considered a connection. DeVos Place provides a service, it does not rent or sell material; DeVos Place shall retain all materials used for connections and will make all connections
LABOR: Due to the charge for connections over and above the master line drop, there will be no labor charge unless the time involved is for other than connecting equipment.
COMPLETING SERVICE FORM: Be certain to list the rating (CFM, PSI) for each piece of equipment to determine the size of the master line needed in each booth area. *CFM - Cubic Feet Per Minute *PSI - Pressure Per Square Inch *GPM - Gallons Per Minute
