The ASM Global Grand Rapids offices are currently closed. However, many of our staff are working remotely. For updates and information regarding your upcoming event continue to monitor our websites.



The DeVos Place box office is currently closed. The outside box office window at DeVos Performance Hall, located at 303 Monroe Ave NW, is currently open Monday through Friday, 11 AM - 3 PM, for ticket sales for DeVos Performance Hall, Van Andel Arena and select DeVos Place events. Box office hours are subject to change.


Please check our schedule of events for details regarding your upcoming event. If your event is postponed, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you don't see your date listed contact your event coordinator.

Want to know what to expect when attending or hosting an event at DeVos Place?

DeVos Place has implemented ASM Global's new environmental hygiene protocol in response to evolving guest expectations stemming from the coronavirus pandemic. VenueShield, is a comprehensive and best-in-class program created in alignment with approvals from government officials and health care experts. ASM Global staff in Grand Rapids are using VenueShield protocols to reopen Van Andel Arena in accordance with state, county and city guidelines.

Tickets for upcoming shows that have been postponed or rescheduled will be honored at the rescheduled date. Patrons are urged to hold on to their current ticket until further information has been released.
