Your event has been booked and now you need to know about the building.

Load in
Staging for the larger shows is usually on Scribner Street. This is west of DeVos Place® across the Grand River. Access Scribner from Pearl Street between the Van Andel Public Museum and the Gerald R. Ford Museum. Look for DK Security and line up for your turn at the loading docks. If your event doesn’t necessitate staging on Scribner for load in, then proceed to Michigan Street and turn right. Once you have crossed the Grand River look for the loading docks on your right. Traffic control is handled by DK Security. They will assist you in gaining access to the building in an orderly fashion.

The exhibit halls have floor pockets with electric, phone, compressed air and drains. Please take the time to determine your needs prior to arrival. You can find downloadable forms to order your electric or phone on this website.
