Welcome to Grand Rapids. We are pleased to host your event at DeVos Place®. If you have any questions that are not addressed on our web site, please feel free to call 616.742.6500 Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or contact the organization that is hosting your event in DeVos Place®.

The Event Hotline will provide information about public shows in DeVos Performance Hall, DeVos Place® and Van Andel Arena®. Call 616.742.6610 for dates and performance times.

Public parking is available under DeVos Place® by entering either on Michigan Street next to the Grand River or on Lyon Street between the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel and DeVos Place®. The Lyon Street entrance is also located next to the river.

If attending an event in our new Ballroom park on the south end of the lot and take the elevator to the Ballroom entrance. If attending an event in DeVos Performance Hall or the DeVos Place® exhibit halls stay on the north end of the lot. The elevator is located on the Monroe Street end of the lot.

The Box Office for DeVos Performance Hall is open Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM excluding holidays. This box office is easily accessed from Monroe Avenue at an outside window. The box office is also open nights and weekends when an event is taking place. Tickets are also available at all Ticketmaster ticket centers, including D&W Stores, Macy's and select Family Fare locations, by phone at 616.456.3333 or on-line at ticketmaster.com.

The Box Office for events held in the DeVos Place® is in the Grand Gallery accessed from main entrance on Monroe Avenue. Quite a few of the public shows in DeVos Place® have tickets that can be purchased the day of the event only and are not available on www.ticketmaster.com.
